1.
Turn ignition switch OFF.
2.
Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
3.
Remove the battery.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "Battery")

Disconnect the TCM extension connector (A).

Remove the TCM (A) after removing the mounting bolts and nut.
