Inspection |
1. |
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
2. |
Remove the floor console upper cover (A) using the appropriate tool. |
3. |
Remove the seat heater switch module (A).
|
4. |
Disconnect the driver and assist seat heater switch connector (A). |
5. |
Check that continuity exists between the terminals after turning the driver seat heater switch ON. |
6. |
Check that continuity exists between the terminals after turning the assist seat heater switch ON. |
7. |
If the switch fails to operate, replace the driver and assist seat heater switch (A). |
1. |
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
2. |
Remove the power window switch from rear door trim.
(Refer to BE group - "Power window switch")

3. |
Turn 2nd seat heater switch ON and check that continuity exists between the terminals. |
4. |
If the switch fails to operate, replace the 2nd seat heater switch.

Remove the right air vent.

Remove the rear glass defogger switch (A).
