Replacement
Front Seat Belt Replacement [General]
   
•
When installing the belt, make sure not to damaged the pretensioner.
1.
Remove the following items first :
A.
Front door scuff trim
(Refer to Interior - "Interior Trim")
B.
Rear door scuff trim
(Refer to Interior - "Interior Trim")
2.
After raise the lower anchor cover (A), loosen the lower anchor (B) mounting bolt.

Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft )

3.
Remove the center lower pillar trim (A).

4.
Remove the cap.
5.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the center upper pillar trim (A) .

6.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the upper anchor (A).

Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft )

7.
After disconnecting the pretensioner connector lock pin, remove the pretensioner connector (B), loosen the mounting bolt, then remove the pretensioner (A).

Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft )

8.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Front Seat Belt Replacement [Europe]
   
•
When installing the belt, make sure not to damaged the pretensioner.
1.
Remove the following items first :
A.
Front door scuff trim
(Refer to Interior - "Interior Trim")
B.
Rear door scuff trim
(Refer to Interior - "Interior Trim")
2.
Using a screwdriver or remover (B), remove the lower anchor (A).

3.
Remove the center lower pillar trim (A).

4.
Remove the cap.
5.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the center upper pillar trim (A) .

6.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the upper anchor (A).

Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft )

7.
After disconnecting the pretensioner connector lock pin, remove the pretensioner connector (B), loosen the mounting bolt, then remove the pretensioner (A).

Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft )

8.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Height Adjust Relacement
1.
Remove the following items first :
A.
Front door scuff trim
(Refer to Interior - "Interior Trim")
B.
Rear door scuff trim
(Refer to Interior - "Interior Trim")
C.
Front seat belt lower anchor
D.
Front seat belt upper anchor
E.
Center lower pillar trim
(Refer to Interior - "Interior Trim")
F.
Center upper fillar trim
(Refer to Interior - "Interior Trim")
2.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the hight adjustor (A).

Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft )

3.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
   
•
Replace ant damaged clips.
•
Make sure the height adjust properly.
Front Seat Belt Buckle Relacement
1.
Remove the front seat.
(Refer to Seat & Power Seat - "Front Seat")
2.
After loosening the mounting bolt, then remove the front seat belt buckle (A).

Tightening torque :
39.2 ~ 53.9 N.m (4.0 ~ 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 ~ 39.8 lb-ft)

3.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
